Linear solenoid valve offset code issues

    I have a 2012 Prius v. We replaced the actuator and the brake booster pump assembly. OEM brand new parts. Brake lines were bled properly. Went to recalibrate everything and the codes for the linear solenoid valve offset (c1345 c1368 c1451) are going off. We're using a ADS 625x scanner which worked fine for the brake bleeds. We tried to recalibrate the solenoid but it isn't working (the brake lights on the dash didn't blink as they're supposed to). It was suggested that we do a memory reset but we're having trouble finding the option on the scanner. Does anyone have any knowledge of the scanner/situation or other suggestions?

    Assuming you used a new actuator with the right firmware for your car (there are at least two different parts per year) then your scanner or properly following the involved procedure is the problem.

    Techstream is the only one most people eventually have success with - although some believe the Autel AP200 works as a medium cost scanner. But their best scanners cost more than a legal Techstream.

    C1451, about "motor drive permission", is the key thing in your list. That code locks out the brake pump motor except for going through the "after actuator replacement" bleed procedure, and so no other procedure is going to work until you complete that. C1451 is kept in nonvolatile memory, so not even disconnecting power will clear it. You have to complete the bleed procedure.

    I'm not seeing just what was done when your "brake lines were bled properly", but your brake ECU appears to be unconvinced.
