Replaced Inverter Converter, No start

    I replaced Inverter/converter after 110degree day, my Inverter pump quit, replaced, the Inverter overheated, also blew a 15 amp fuse under hood lost all dash lights and power, replaced 12v battery also, since it got drawn down, when car died was in drive doing 80mph on hwy, Fast forward replaced all 4 car won't start, all codes were lost. Car when you push start lights up etc, will shift to neutral but if you try drive it won't start, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I've checked all fuses with multimeter, and swapped gateway, transmission ecm, reset Car ecm with paper clip method, any input appreciated, thank you

    All 4? Does that mean you replaced the ICWP, the inverter, the 15 amp AM2 fuse and the 12v battery?
    If so, I'll assume you popped out the HV battery safety disconnect? If so you may want to verify it's properly installed. Seems simple, but the third step of installation often gets forgotten. Push it down to activate the interlock. Without the third step, the car thinks the safety switch is still removed.

    Unfortunately, you've done so much for what is usually a very simple repair, that it may be difficult to get anyone to work on it. Hopefully this is something very simple, like the orange switch.

    Yes HV battery switch is fine and it was reconnected, I checked the fuse in that also, it's good. Only thing I can come up with at this point is the relay switch for starter? Which one is it? Even when I look in manual and map on fuse boxes I don't see anything for starter.

    I have a maxidus 808 I think it is, when car died there weren't any codes, that's why it became pretty difficult, I've worked on it quite a bit in past, car has about 550,000 miles, it's a great car, it's in excellent condition.

    We do have a thread here that compares code-reading options and suggests some good choices that will be able to show all the codes in a Prius. Without one, you're right, problem-solving becomes pretty difficult.
