Prius 2010 issues. Display button do not work. Power windows do not work

Its to fix my car issues now. Its sitting there for 2 years but i drive the car weekly once.

Initially battery down i normally does trickle charge and up.

I think when i did oil change in canadian tire , they did some funky stuff. Display button stopped working after i came from oil change and battery went down. so i did boost that time but i think they did something and that is why battery drained.

That time i was not interested in fixing because of covid i work from home

But now i think i need to fix all car problems

I bought new battery from canadian tire for 337cad

1. Display and Trip (steering wheel) button do not work m, All other button work on steering wheel
2. Power windows driver side work . Passenger and side power window stuck and dont go down. May be something jammed. I am gona clean the car in case something stuck

Let me know how to bring power window back alive

Not really. It stopped working after i went to oil change in canadian tire. They screw it up. Do you know procefure to reset oil change indicator. When he finished oil change the warning was there and i went back told him to fix that. I think that time they screw it up.

I am googling it for a while . i cant find a easy solution. I may have to take apart sterring wheel to see if those guys pulled out some pins.
