2014 Prius - ABS, Brake and Skid Light ( C1391 - Abnormal Leak in Accumulator)

2014 Prius (has 122k miles on it) - these three musketeers showed up

• ABS Light ON
• Brake Light ON
• Skid Light ON

Used obdlink mx+ with a free add-on for diagnostics.

it shows "C1391 - Abnormal Leak in Accumulator" ( posting an image)

I also see I have brake fluid and inverter/coolant fluid below the MIN level ( this is taken after a 5min cool down since driving for 45min)
Luckily, Issued popped up within few miles of home.

1. I'll continue to read-up on this but wanted to get this thread started to allow me to post updates.
2. Are the brake/coolant fluids need to be topped? - they show to be below MIN
3. Is there a recall or service campaign for C1391 ?
4. I borrowed the OBD reader from neighbour - anything else that I need to look up under diagnostics before I return it?
5. Lastly, the MAINTENANCE REQUIRED is for oil change - Dealer I think sets it for 5k but I get synthetic and never got around to change it but I still have another 3000 miles before I need to change.

 

The VIN tag shows 06/14.

 

Took it to Toyota Dealer - $230 diagnostic fee - after an hour, they said will cover the cost under the service campaign otherwise would have been a $3300 bill.

I won't have to pay the diagnostic fee otherwise a hefty bill.

Out of parts so they provided a 2-day rental, will post once I pick up the car...

 

Picked up the car from the dealer tonight.

The brake still seems a bit sluggish but better than before. They did confirm it was repaired under the 'Customer Support Program'.

Other than the Hybrid system - this maybe the most expensive part to replace - is that right ?
