Not able to use display screen, it is dark.

I checked the fuse under dash and diagram...says the screen shares the same fuse as the Power Windows and the windows work.

Controls on the steering wheel work.
    Dashboard display is working.
    The radio works as well

    What to do?

Can you see it St Lee at night? If not the display is literally more than likely bad It was working before how long ago? The fact that it worked before just goes to go with the theory sometimes you can get another multifunction display and take the parts you need out of it and put on yours if it's in real good shape but it's not hard to find these in real good shape for $50 something like that You can buy the screen and the digitizer separately if you look around they're Toshiba parts.

I read somewhere that it may be possible to revive the display by disconnecting your 12v power in the trunk for a while (I don't remember how long, I think it was 2 hrs). Otherwise if that doesn't work, as Tombukt2 suggested, you either need a new LCD part or swap for an entire MFD. Those MFD at least on eBay are expensive, around $350, and make sure it is compatible. The is a post here somewhere regarding compatibility.

If you are in the US and can get online or somebody on the chat can help you because they're close by usually the four button MFD is nothing generally speaking to obtain for 50-60 bucks possibly less the smaller the town etc etc You got to realize these cars are ancient now the most junkyards so there's that You're more than likely going to find the part available from somebody that just buys these things because they do to sell parts off of them weird I know but some people but the seven button from the GPS cars that's the one that will cost you the $350 or $400 generally speaking I see them constantly for sale I have one car that has this setup and none of it's used the GPS hadn't been updated in years.

Sorry can you see it at night like in the dark Can you see anything on the screen If not then you need to go the route of a used one off one of the many junkyards or suppliers whatever sometimes you can find one that's broken more than yours and use parts out of it to put one together If you're just a regular four button these things are relatively inexpensive as they go You can buy digitizers and this size and the Toshiba screens other people have done this.
