What Toyota generally does is one wiring diagram for the model and year. Where there are differences in the wiring between specific trims, the diagram shows all the versions, with numbered (*) marks next to the wires, and matching numbered notes on the page.

If you've never read Toyota wiring diagrams before, I'd suggest paying for a month. But if you're already comfortable with them, two days should be enough. You can always print to pdf anything you need, though you'll lose all the hyperlinks.

Also, all the trims are the same wiring diagram. In fact, even the HEV and PHEV are usually the same diagram unless there are major differences(in those cases, the diagrams have a (HEV) or (PHEV) after them).
