I have replaced the hybrid battery after the dreaded P0a80 code. I have replaced it and installed it and am still getting the same check hybrid system message. Do I need to reset the battery or something? I can’t wrap my head around why I still get the code.

It takes as long as 600 miles of driving to finally clear... Happens on Gen3 more often than on Gen2. As long as the yellow triangle and other warning lights are not lit up and car is running normally you have nothing to worry about.

Does this mean you for sure have the P0A80 code again, or just that you have the "same check hybrid system message" again? There are around 200 different codes that can give you that message, so just saying it's the same message isn't saying much; need to know what the codes are now.

The C1310 is just there because of the P0B6F. P0B6F is a "low" voltage reading on on circuit "K" (the eleventh one) monitoring the battery block voltages. When they say "low" for this code, they mean really low, like less than 2.5 V, not any realistic reading for a block, so it's likely to mean a connection or wiring problem.
