Hi Recently I noticed that the running lights come on when I attache the charging plug on my 2012 Prius Plug-in . Im almost sure that this wasn't happening previously . I double checked that all the lights switched off but there must be some setting that I inadvertently changed. The running lights will go out after 15 minutes , although I have not timed this exactly . Is this normal to have the running lights turn on while charging ? Thanks.
mine never did, but i have no idea if there is a setting for that, don't recall anyone ever mentioning it. do the lights stay on for 15 minutes when you power the car down?
Did you ever figure this out? My 2012 just started doing this last week and I have no idea why. I have looked online, in the owner's manual, etc. but cannot figure it out.
