HELLO FRIENDS IN FORUM, 2010 hybrid prius has a no engine crank , no start , no diagnostic trouble codes to determine a failure, regular battery is new, at a point when start / stop switch is applied i see that the hybrid battery shows 4 bars but quickly deteriorates to 1 bar, and the 'READY" INDICATOR STARTS FLASHING ERRATICLY. fuses on engine compartment are ok. AT SOME POINT A COARSE STARTER NOISE AND TRYS TO START THE ENGINE BUT DIES , SO NO ENGINE START, WE ARE USING AUTEL SCAN TOOL
There should be error codes for symptoms like that. If not it's possible your new 12v battery is defective or needs a full charge.
Autel sells a wide variety of scan tools, and not all of them will be up to the task of detecting codes thrown by the hybrid system. What Autel model are you working with?
You need to be on an alltel scanner above number 5 I think eight is out now I know a five can bleed the brakes and do most everything on a generation 2. My buddy has a red five and says now that the eights out you can buy the five six and if there was a seven for a couple hundred bucks at best with the cord these things have sold for I think 700 plus dollars but don't hold me to that because I don't look at their prices that much and I've seen some other cheaper scan tools in the 250 range now that are about eight or nine inch screens look like an iPad and have the ABS brake bleeding and everything right on the packaging and if I call the manufacturer of some of these stupid things or their tech line it says for my '09 and my 2010 it's supposed to be able to do the full brake bleed but I don't know if that means it will reset the sensor that I can't get to set right now The zero angle or whatever that thing is.

sometimes there is corrosion inside the battery or even the cooling fan connector: toyota-prius-p3000-check-replacing-your-hv-battery

At some point a coarse starter noise and trys to start the engine but dies , so no engine start, we are using autel scan tool Got it decades back, used it for a few years, finally shelled out for a license.
I can do the same thing just by looking at the post. Have you investigated whether it can punctuate a post from Tombukt2?
It'll wrap text with hard returns. Indesepensable copy/pasting from pdf's. Loads of stuff; think programmers like it. Also can maintain a "workspace": you open the program, and all your text logs, missives, diaries, whatever, are open, as you left them, with any selections or whatever.
