So is this a parts kit you sell? Is it a core exchange arrangement on the intake and egr cooler parts?

 

It’s a core exchange arrangement. We send the customer a prepaid box so they can send us back the cores (EGR Cooler, Intake Manifold, fuel injectors, etc )

Don’t think that any Shop is offering this package so far

I did notice a brake booster rebuild $550 option. We send the original to you for rebuilding? Any warranty?

 

Do you sell remanufactured short blocks also, for 3rd Generation Prius?

I am pretty sure a phone call separates the men from the boys.

 

4 phone calls. 1 person answered. Sounded like he was high on something.
Kept goofing around NOT telling me the price, or if they even have them.
After I finally get a little angry and tell him to just tell me, he says oh, that's something
someone who's name I don't remember, can answer. Which is what he should have said.
And why doesn't he know the answer????
