    Seemed like a simple fix compared to some total losses i had. But the settlement was a good price point in my opinion if i needed the car gone and i had a backup option

    Insurance adjusters retracted the settlement offer. Spoke to two lawyers that said winning a lawsuit against the other driver wasn’t a guarantee without more evidence.
