After 23 years, I'm no longer a Prius owner. I have had 3 different Priuses. In fact, I was one of the first people in the Bay Area to have one in 2000... I remember the waiting list and I remember people stopping me to ask about my car. I remember taking it in to the glass shop (it's San Francisco, you're gonna get broken into) and a mechanic telling his buddy "hey, check it out - it's one of those Hydro-Electric cars!"

It was very sad, but I had to say goodbye to my 2012 Plug-in. I've moved on to all-electric now.

Anyways, I have a spare tire from my previous Gen2 Prius (totaled after being hit by a drunk driver). The Gen2 spare tire fits the Prius Plugin wheel, I'm guessing the Gen3 model too, and who knows, maybe even Gen4+. I used the tire briefly, only twice.

If someone wants to come pick it up in Mountain View, it's all yours. Hoping it can find a good home...

The rim may be compatible, but the tire will be somewhat undersized. The looks are deceptive, but if you stack a temp spare atop a full size (of it's gen) and check with a carpenter square, you'll find they are very close in OD; they have to be. Also, that tire is undoubtedly very old, best replaced.

Still, a free rim is a very good deal. (y)
