Hi All, New here, I bought a 2006 Silver Prius this weekend and I'm totally stoked. Its a 2006 with the HK Package 6 (Copied from this forum) VSC, HID's, RC, JBL etc., SKS, Alarm & HL, All the airbags, Front Fog & Driving Lamps. 206k for 4k, Paint is pristine a little peeling on the spoiler but its immaculate. Got a bunch of service records, new 12V battery, Cat Security Shield newer Yokohama tires and it drives great. I've been looking on CL and Offer Up for some time for a good commuter and daily driver, My current daily is a 06 Tacoma Double Cab 4x4, its great and gets me where I need to go, on or off road, Started lurking and researching Prii here and there, only driven my friends 4th gen it was pretty nice. Ive been scouring Craigslist, Offer Up, Local tow yards and auto auctions trying to find a nice one for a good price or something for a a good price that needed a little TLC. I had some saved and then I saw a new listing only posted a couple hours. I messaged the seller and he said he already had someone scheduled to come out and look at it and he would contact me if it fell through. Well it did, I met the seller and was shocked to see how clean it was, drove it around the block and I was sold. We got the smog done and completed the transaction. Its really nice to drive. I put some miles on it over the weekend and today the AC blows cold too. I learned a lot from this forum in my research and will definitely learn more. Thanks, Paul
