Car won't turn on after new stereo installation

Hello lovely people! So I was installing a new teyes cc3 stereo in my 2nd gen and noticed during the install that the door led lights stopped shining so I figured that the battery died. No biggie, I put it on the charger and continued working until I was finished. The car still won't turn on but it still makes those clicking noises which, if I remember correctly is the fluid transferring to another part of the engine but none of the lights inside work at all. The brake lights and the emergency flashers work though. The battery is a toyota Trustart from December 2019 so it's halfway through its warranty now. One thing to mention is that I forgot to remove the ground lead to the battery during the install so I'm wondering if I might've shorted something in the dash while I was working. I didn't notice any sparks while I was installing. Another thing to note is that in the fuse box, the headlight fuses are all showing they're not getting power. Does anyone have any solutions or a direction I could take to troubleshoot? Thanks so much in advance! I have a spare battery I will be replacing with later tonight to make sure the problem isn't that the battery completely died.

 

It ended up being the dome fuse actually. I wish I would've read that somewhere, thank you for the help, that was an awesome clue! After we replaced that fuse I inserted my key into the car and it worked electrically. I power cycled it once more and then the engine fired up like usual. You rock dude, thanks!
