Looks like what's left of sway bar end links or end links. Available replaceable by the looks of your car they'll be a bear to get out you'll need an impact and possibly heat Good luck

 

That's the suspension height sensor. In your Prius, it's used to keep the headlights properly aimed, say if you're carrying a heavy load in back that points the nose of the car up.

The sensor is kind of expensive, but sometimes the sensor might be ok and only need replacement of that broken dogbone link. There are threads here where people have replicated that with hardware-store stuff.

 

Late in the day for that one, but it’s good to periodically unbolt at the axle-connected end, and work the linkage back and forth, redistribute the grease. Put a drop of oil on the bolts before reinstalling.

 

These are relatively cheap at a salvage yard. I have a handful in the garage. They're on every Gen 2 that has OEM fog lights/HID headlights. Any gen 2 with standard halogen headlights does NOT have this sensor.
