I'm trying to see if they stay the same as 5x100 as previous gen, or moved on to 5x114.3

if you have access to one, could you please measure it? It's very simple with tape measure measure as below in mm

    thanks so much

19" wheels have 5 lugs, looks like ~114mm.

Took a moment to find a measuring tape that had metric!

oh wow, that confirms my suspicion because there are rarely any 19" wheels in 5x100 bolt pattern.
But I'm kinda glad Toyota moved Prius to 5x114.3 because there are WAY more selection of wheels in that bolt pattern than previous 5x100

    Thanks a lot for measuring

That means the spares from older gens won't fit.

That's right, now in 2023+ Toyota models only GR86, Corolla (NOT GR) are the last 2 sharing 5x100 bolt pattern.
I'm not sure if 2023 Prius even has spare from factory, my 2022 doesn't come with spare under the cargo cover.

All Gen 5 Priuses and Prius Primes have five wheel studs, not sure about the distance.

It is 5x114.3 PCD. I read in a Japanese publication. I think Prius V used this.

OK, I just measured it on a picture of a 19" wheel, and it is 5×100 mm.

That is not what I measured in this picture after I enlarged it. It is clearly 100 ± 5 mm. I got 97 mm with two different zoom settings, assuming 19" for the wheel diameter. I then did a third measurement with zooming the wheel to more than one-foot-wide, and I got 100 mm spot-on. So, it is definitely 100 mm and not 114.3 mm. Beware of fake news as usual. ;)

lmao, I did the same thing, and it was inconclusive, I measured it was like 109mm so useless.

Alright, my local dealer will have one in on the lot next week I'll bring a set of calipers to settle this once and for all

Here's the measurement from mine. You'll have to forgive the tailor's tape, it's the only thing I have with metric on it.

Middle to middle it looks closer to 110, but to get 100 you'd have to go middle to inside, where the image is specifying middle to outer. IMG_0496.jpg IMG_0495.jpg

thanks for the picture, 19" wheel looks huge on those rotors and brakes. I wonder maybe 16" wheels or even 15" can fit okay, that's not something easily measured without having specific wheels to test fit so don't worry about

It is 5x114.3 PCD. There are plenty of shops in Japan selling these spec wheels for Gen5 Prius now.

It is hard to see if that measurement is correct. The center hub cap seems to be protruding and making the tape go in an arc. It is also not aligned with the bolt centers.

100 mm is 3-5/16" and 114.3 mm is exactly 4-1/2". If you have a metal tape measure, it will be easier to measure with it. Also, don't bend the tape over the wheel over the center hub cap—keep it straight and measure the projection of the centers of the wheel nuts.

Yet the person with a 2023 says 114mm.

Also, these appear to be wheel nuts, not bolts, right?

Perhaps the preproduction vehicles were different? Remember, they also had wheel bolts, but the production vehicles have wheel nuts. Also, I used a picture for Prius Prime.

I found this thing buried in another tool box. Best I could do with what I have. It is flush to both nuts. The nuts are slightly curved, so it's hard to keep anything up against them.

I tried with my laser measure, but it was impossible with only two hands. It's dark and I probably look like some suspicious weirdo / cat thief messing around a car's tires in the middle of the night!

Oh, wait, I see the problem.

I measured from center to center. I see in @TE37SL's picture that it is measured from center to edge. If I measure from center to edge, I get around 11 cm.

So, 4.5" (114.3 mm) with wheel nuts that is.

Good measurement! Spot-on 114 mm from bolt center to bolt edge.
