Confused by Catalytic Converters

I'm thinking I'm going to go with a cost effective aftermarket cat ($70-90 new) and use Denso 234-9056 Air Fuel Ratio Sensor (~$110 new) and Denso 234-4623 Downstream Oxygen (~$60 new) for the new O2 sensors.

Anyone find with first hand experience a more cost effective option that the gen 2 is happy with?

Thinking the above will correct my P0031, P0037 and P2238 codes. Anything else I should consider other than DIY'ing a cat cover from some aluminum plate?

 

The Prius cat started it all…started hearing about Prius cat thefts in Great Britain mostly London years ago soon it swept the world because the price of the precious metals cats use sky rocketed.
And the Prius G2 cat is loaded with these metals much more so than any other car.
No after market cat has that much precious metal. Not even close.
I suspect Toyota was having trouble meeting their touted emissions in a G2 and were forced to go way over board on the cats ability.

I sold my OEM cat for $1300 2 years ago and bought a $125 cat off Amazon. Kept the car for about a year after that and it never threw a 420
And the car actually ran better.
