2010 Prius - Carista customization - Lights off automatically

    Hello everyone. I own a 2010 Prius with halogen bulbs. I've installed LED bulbs instead for better lightning performance. My car dosent have the light sensor for AUTO headlights, but i want to leave them ON all the time and to turn off automatically when i turn off car, so i've searched and find out that i needed Carista app and an OBD adaptor to customize this feature like i've seen on Youtube, but i realize that it's missing. The only option that i have on Lights customization menu is "Auto headlights activation threshold" ...

    Pretty sure you can just turn your lights in the on position and they will turn off after a few minutes without Carista, but you can edit some features with Carista.

    Leaving them in the on position will give you daytime running lights and you will never forget to turn them on because they already are on and they will automatically turn off.

    Unfortunately, i've already tried that. After 15 minutes they were still on...

    Fake news. There are many posts of Wives being traded in because of leaving headlights leading to dead 12v batteries the next morning.

    Facts actually and also once you lock and arm the alarm the lights turn off but mine always turn off on their own after some time if I didnt arm the alarm.

    could have sworn prius headlights turn off when you lock the car with remote. Press the lock twice lol.
