A 2007 prius I found on Facebook was brought to the dealership and the report said no issues beside “heavy corrosion in the wheel wells and frame of car” I live in the northeast so rust is common but should I avoid buying it? I not be able to drive it in a few years? The car was inspected 10/22 so I have 8 more months until the next one.

Heavy corrosion by dealership standards is probably more minor compared to what most older car drivers in the North East are dealing with. If you're gonna spend money on buying it you should probably take it to a powerwashing and undercoat painting service before you drive it home and then once you do, find a sheltered place near your house to keep it parked too.
