How do you run a wire through the firewall? I'm looking to add some fog lights to the car. But can't seem to find a way through the fire wall of the 2014 Prius C 4

There should be more than one grommet if you follow the wiring harness... Otherwise just drill your own in a place where you know drill won't run into anything and then add a grommet.

I'm in the same situation.. everything is to tight that it's hard to see where a good spot to drill through.
It also appears that drilling would have to be from inside the car toward the engine compartment.

If you can get a right angle drill or right angle drill adapter you'll likely find a spot under the driver's side dash above the pedals.

I'll look into that... how do you like the Red Bullet Solenoid?.. Was thinking about getting one.

I thought they were worth it for a bit over $100... But now that they are closer to $200 I'm a bit more skeptical. Once I get my project Prius ready to sell I'll put it on that one and revert back to OEM on the daily driver to see how long I can go without it. It's definitely helpful at partially mitigating what happens with Prius' awful lag time for acceleration when you pull out into traffic...
