Toyota Prius c dashboard light constantly turning on every day

    Hi. I recent bought my Toyota Prius c or aqua from a dealership. Now in the first week of driving it. It started giving me dashboard lights like check engine light and check hybrid battery and brake system light and the light when the car slips I took it back to the dealership and they reset the car and told me if it happens again I should reset it I’ve been doing that since then but now it’s becoming common everyday the lights come on constantly i recently reset it yesterday and today it came on in the morning on my way home plz can I have a permanent solution for this plz help me out I’ve posted the image below

    At least one of your batteries is failing, possibly both. If possible, test the 12v battery under the right rear seat.

    A reputable dealer would do that for you.

    The image only tells us the lights are on. To know why the lights are on, we need the trouble codes.

    The best time to retrieve the trouble codes is before you reset them. The ones behind the brake and traction lights, anyway, you can retrieve without even needing a scan tool:

    Then we will have a better idea what your car is trying to tell you about.

    was this a toyota dealer? if so, that is not acceptable. do you have a warranty? consumer protection laws?
    how many km on her?

    No actually it was from one of the second hand dealerships it’s got about 140k kilometers

    I did replace the 12v battery and I got a brand new one but same issue

    Okay, you should connect a code reader or computer to see what it is reporting.

    While you're at it, check the battery fan under the left rear seat. Make sure it is clean and unobstructed.

    Does anyone know a courier service that can ship the hybrid battery cells from USA to Africa ??
