    Hi all
My prius mpg in 2021 was 62 monthly, in 2022 mpg 55 monthly, this month about 43.
What should I do to increase mpg, check, replace, calibrate, any thing of maintenance?!!
    Thanks

drive slower, pay more attention to the gauges on the dash - if you can
    - if you really want to see better mpg.
there are patterns to the ways Prii behave.

Yes, more info such as miles and if any work has been done to the car. First is to make sure the tire pressure is at the door specs or higher. One thing people overlook is tires. Also installing different wheels with wider or larger tires will affect mileage. Also replacement tires of the same size that are not low rolling resistance tires can drop your fuel mileage by 20%. Lastly are your tires wearing evenly? Hit any big potholes or curbs? Alignment can be a factor.
PS: adding any roof racks or bike haulers also affect aerodynamics and drop fuel economy.

Prime varies a lot just on how much you plug it in. You should however be getting way better than 43 but you have your location in Jordan, are you going off MPG or Kilos/L or what exactly

You can get close in a non phev when the conditions are right. My passenger took this yesterday after a short run in motorway traffic.

    Disclaimer: that is imperial gallons.

and yeah, short term you can get “amazing” mpg. I often gas up (and reset trip meter), just before a downhill section that goes about a mile. This is with engine fully warmed. By the bottom of hill display is reading well below 3.0 liters per 100 kms. Doesn’t last though.

It's been so long since I've gassed up in Canada I'd forgotten what the difference is. I was also suprised by the new member from london as listed in the profile using MPG and $ in that post.
I'm glad I didn't ask what diff between gals is, cause I was way off by almost 1/2 litre.
    anyways :notworthy:

US gallon to Imperial gallon (US gal to Imperial gal)
Convert US gallons to L - Volume Conversions
    1 gallon (US) = 0.83267 gallon (Imp)
    or
    imperial gallon at DuckDuckGo
    1 Gallon (Imperial) = 4.54609 litre
    or
    ConvertIt.com Measurement Converter
    1 gallon (us) = 3.785411 litre
    (volume)
don't ask why I'm still confused, please !

Looks like we lost @hamza from Jordan along the way.

the reason I posted three different converters is that the numbers from at least one don't match one of the other.. I didn't check further to see if others ones I ran on each converter app match or don't the others results. I'm not that interested, I was curious, just not that curious, if you get what I mean.
