2002 Prius, runs great, looking for a new owner and a new home. I'm the original owner. Hybrid battery replaced in 2013. New catalytic converter put on this year, with the protector plate. The title is clean. I have all the repair records going back 20 years. The only significant problem with the car that I know of, at this time, is that according to my mechanic, the rear shocks leak. Also, the radio may not work too well. But otherwise, the car runs great and drives great. Heater and AC work, all the windows work, mirrors, wipers, defrost, trunk release, everything works.

So why do I want to find a new owner? As much as I'm attached to the car, I don't need it anymore, I want to find someone who needs it and who will use it so that it can live out its days in a useful way.

Regarding the price I'm looking for ... I plugged some info into Kelley Blue Book, then I went down to a local dealer nearby, and they offered me $1396. I guess that number would be a starting point in the discussion. (I can send a copy of this paperwork to anyone who is interested, just let me know.) However, rather than the price, I'm primarily interested in finding someone who will care for and take care of the car. I'm interested in finding someone who needs a nice, well-made, high-mileage car, perhaps for their daily commute, and importantly, someone who has a garage. I don't want it to be parked outside.
