Got the MillerCat Guard installed today! If you're in the Portland Oregon area, I have a guy that'll do it at his shop quick and cheaper than anyone else.. I highly recommend Freddy Krueger in North Portland!

Maybe you should have Freddy cut you a deal and slice the price a little bit.

    Use code "azusa"

Is it screwed on or riveted? Hard to tell from the picture.

Is it only one piece for a Prius-C? It has two pieces for a Prius. Can you share where you got the shield and how much?

It's a one piece Miller Cat Guard that Toyota Dealers recommend for the C.
You can find them online for around $150.. I bought mine from a Toyota Dealership for $160.
Bolted in with rivet driver needed for nut install into frame.
    Here's a video from MillerCat..

At my old place was an upper level manager who didn't look much friendlier, and whose name was pronounced the same, though spelled different. It led to a very funny episode on a radio call-in show, where he offered his expertise on some topic, probably related to his auto restoration hobby. The host was quite impressed, until the end when needing to know this caller's name. Despite being forewarned that the name would be surprising, and that the spelling was different, the host refused to believe it.

Anyone heard of a cat cut out of a c yet? I hadn't noticed any myself.

I’ve said this before but when it comes to cat theft we’re the lucky Prius owners. The design blends better with other vehicles and the parts aren’t as valuable. I’ve never heard of a c having this problem either, but I suppose it could happen, and $150 for some peace of mind isn’t a bad deal.
