    Doesn't every car company only provide the higher end trims for initial reviewers to help bias them to liking the car?

    That's usually for the independent road tests. Usually a media first drive would span the entire range. It's possible with the supply chain issue, they limit it to the top trims (or in this case, top two trims).

    Yes...it's all about the upsell, I suppose. (y)

    However, us "MPG enthusiasts" want to see the highest MPG base model before making any decisions...haha. I know it is pretty much just the wheel size difference, but I still want to see some like minded MPG based reviews. All I'm seeing now are reviewers "flooring it" to see what kind od 0-60 time they can get. :rolleyes: WIth that said, it *is* pretty fascinating to see folks interested in 0-60 times when talking about a Prius!
