I have a 2006 prius with 107k miles and in 2021 the HV battery was replaced at 91k miles, I was reading the data with the car scanner and noticed that the HV battery discharge power was erratic and I'm sure I was Full throttle.

What symptoms are you having? I haven't used "power" in the data for diagnostics so can't really say if what you show is normal. I usually just look at HV battery block voltages, State Of Charge, and amps while driving the car.

It doesn't usually have symptoms, it's just something I found out by accident, and it's not working its full horsepower.

Rebuilds are a hope & pray most have no warranty and even if they do good luck with that. There using the same age modules you already have in your car they have just not failed yet.

So, it might be that the car is working as the engineers designed it. I mean if the car drives ok, no codes, then is there really anything wrong?

I'm not an engineer so I can only guess that maybe you don't want/need full electric drive under most circumstances. (might exceed the torque limits of the transmission?).
