Any word on interior colors?

This video suggests that the interior is largely the same. Although a red piece and red strip of light in the prime. Silver lip and blue light in regular model. Choice between black and gray seats.

 

To sum up:

Prius HEV: 2 choices - Black and light gray
Prius Prime PHEV: 1 choice - Dark gray/black with red/orange accents

I could be wrong, but I believe only the seats and one element of the dash are different between the models and options. The headliner(light gray), door cards(black), trim pieces(black lower/light gray upper), rear cargo areas(black), and basic dash(black) seem to be the same on all three versions. As #TeamPrius said, the dashes are slightly different. Both Prius HEV interiors get a silver plastic stripe and blue/green LED accent lighting, while the Prime PHEV gets a dark red plastic stripe and red LED accent lighting.


(I have to say that I'm thinking of swapping the red dash accents for the silver/blue once parts become available. Changing the seats will be prohibitively expensive, but the dash accents might not be that bad.)

 

Studying the official Toyota USA videos and press releases. Granted there's a chance the final production models for the US might not be exactly the same as the cars in the official videos, but we're really close to the global launch date for them to be making significant changes.

Prius HEV Colors:
Cutting Edge (probably a silver metallic)
Guardian Gray (a darker gray; I think this is the color labelled Ash in the live Japanese presentation, but I'm not 100% certain)
Black
Reservoir Blue
Wind Chill Pearl (extra cost)
Supersonic Red (extra cost)

Prius Prime PHEV Colors:
same as above except no blue

No official indications of which exteriors will go with which interiors. Except it's very likely Wind Chill and Black are a possible combination as well as Reservoir Blue and Light Gray.

I would've loved to see those interior color stripes in the same color as the exterior.

 

That, or a neutral gray/reflective silver plastic stripe and a customizable LED accent strip with all the exterior color options preprogrammed.

 

The interior colors are listed in the videos. Timestamp of 2:33 on the Prius HEV video and 2:06 on the Prime PHEV video.

I'm guessing custom orders won't be an option, and it's anyone's guess if additional interior or exterior colors will added in 2024 and beyond.

 

Sorry, the video says those two colors are going to be on all grades. That means there will be fabric versions of the colors for LE and SofTex versions for XLE and Ltd.

The video shows both the SofTex versions as both cars are Limited trims.
