still, he did say if you texted him, he could ping back easily, so that's unaccpetable

 

Been out of commission for a bit. Back to being able to do a few things. Catching up on emails.

No it isn't a crowdfunding thing. Yes we take payment upfront for place in line. Yes last shipment had huge fallout. We refund all orders before shipment. Unfortunately this past bit I have been taken out. I'd like to say batteries were my top priority, but they weren't in the top 10. I'm going through the backlog now. Sorry to those that were ghosted. Sometimes life throws frozen lemons at you.

 

Thanks for refunding me. Your packs seem to be of solid quality - if it's not a top 10 for you - have you considered having someone else less busy take over operations?

 

Not a top-10 due to bigger-than-business issues. Happy to be alive takes priority over shipping boxes unfortunately. I've got thousands of messages that are probably real to sift through along with the 100k that are usually spam or the same message 3 times from people. So if you sent a message, didn't get what you needed, and are waiting, I'm going through them now.
