Featured Is Ford dumping its dealers?

So you're saying you've bought several vehicles a year for every year of your adult life? Why do you need so many cars?

 

I buy and sell cars. Some I keep around for 3 days, some I keep around 3 years. Usually have 4-5 at a time.

Made a lot of extra cash doing that, and I don't lie or cheat people like the dealers do.

 

I just started walking down that path... It's interesting how once you get into that realm the craziest deals seem to pop up out of nowhere. Way different than people who only look for a car when they have no choice but to look.

What are you state laws for an operation like that? In my state you're allowed to flip up to 4 cars a years before you have to do a business license and all the related hassles. Also what if any federal income tax challenges are there? Does that stuff stay mostly off the books and you just have to report large transactions that are processed with banks?

I don’t cheat, swindle, push sales or negotiate.

I clearly and truthfully state what I have for sale, what the price us, and people either take it or they leave it. The first person that shows up more often than not buys the vehicle.
