this website has gone ballistic.

I think the recent change on the site must have caused all the pop-up windows not to function. All of the pop-up windows that used to work are now not working. If it does not redirect to a new web page then the function does not work.

 

perhaps we need three stages of issues;
Kerfluffle - it can be stage 1
Wackadoodle can be stage 2
stage 3 ? SNAFUBAR

My ad blocker suddenly went walkies this morning:



The Locksmith ad is permanently occupying the lower fifth of the window, at least 'till you click the dimunitive "x". The Junk Car Removal banner scrolls to something else, every few seconds. Refresh the page and you get a whole fresh plop of this dreck.

Addendum: My FireFox decided to do an update, and ad blocker is working again.

 

I have a similar block on my chrome.

 

Worth noting I guess, the site has been "working to rule" for several days now: posting, or just adding a like, takes 10~20 seconds. Impatience leading to double posting too.

 

I've never been able to get Prius Chat to work on my iPhone X.

 

I’m using “Ad Blocker” on an iPhone SE2, works good.

 

I don't even try to do PC on the phone. Screen's too small for a good experience. And, any time I have the time for hanging out here, is generally a time when I'm at home and the 'puter is right here. A 27" screen is just a ton better than a 6" screen.

 

And now I can't.

I used to use the phone app sparingly, when trapped waiting for something away from home and running out of other things to read. But after replacing a damaged phone last month and loading up a new one, the Google Play Store isn't showing it to me anymore.

 

Last time I checked there wasn't even a PC app available for the iPhone (but there was one about 10-15 years ago, I guess). There was some other app that supposedly works with lots of different forums. I tried it a few years ago, but it was garbage.

 

PC looks fine to me on an iPhone, just using Safari, the default browser (no special app).

 

Reluctant posting currently happening. Copy your text (just in case), try posting, wait while it "tries", refresh the page, refresh it again, maybe a third time.
