does anybody have a pic of a Prime with the side molding installed?

I need these 360 degrees around my entire car, apparently. Even parking in the most remote part of the lot at work, yesterday someone in a white vehicle managed to scrape the back of my Prime. Upper and lower rear bumper, along with one vertical corner tail lite were scraped. The foot wide white paint marks wiped off fairly easily. Then there's the constant danger of grocery carts winging into the car. Force fields. That's what's needed. But that might drain the traction battery some while it's parked.

 

Force fields are a great idea! Maybe someday we'll have them! For now, we have to settle for low-tech body side molding.

 

In my country the side moldings are available only on black color, anyway I am happy about the effect, all in all my car is all black and white (Pearl white to be precise)

 

Ceemore - what was involved with installing your Aero Side Splitters? Drilling involved? Also are these just a cosmetic addition or do they add any protection?

Where did you order from and how much? Also, do they come with instructions? Would like to get a set and install on my magnetic gray.

Does anybody have a picture of the side molding AND aero side splitters on exterior color Magnetism Blue?

I'm definitely getting the side molding but I'm not sure how black aero side splitters would look on Magnetism Blue.

Do all the side moldings have the black accent on the back door molding? I'd prefer the molding being all the same color as the car to blend in instead of pop out.

Also, what is the aero side splitter? I can't seem to udentify it on the photos. What is its purpose?

 

Its the black piece on bottom that runs along front to back.. makes it look sportier like anything else we throw on the car. .........Well if you want different color.. put vinyl wrap on it before installing it.

Came with my overpriced "MSRP" car. I'm not a real fan. I'd call it a door bump guard rather than "side molding" as that's what I thought it was for... I might take mine off lol.

 

I don't particularly care for the look. And I never thought of paying extra to install a side molding on my PP... Then this happened just a few days ago... I now wish I had a door bumper installed on mine.
