The hybrid battery switch is installed correctly?

You'll get better search results if you make sure to use digit zero in a code, never letter O (so, P0A0F).

P0A0F is from the power management control ECU, and all it means is "I wanted the ECM to start the engine, and it didn't."

U0100 is somebody saying "hmm, I can't talk to the ECM".

If that somebody was the power management control ECU, we'd have the makings of a story here.

Have you (he suggested, innocently) double-checked that you plugged the ECM back in after the swap?

It's an easy check, anyway. :)

I plugged in everything and also plugged everything out and in again to make sure. It also turns on after I clear the code and than dies off after 5 seconds of running. 12v been replace also and the hybrid batteries is low but check the battery and it’s healthy

Might be unrelated, but that’s quite a voltage spread.

Do you still have the U0100 code?

As long as you have that, you have a car where something can't communicate with the engine control module, and that's likely to mean a car with weird things going on.

I've seen some other people using an app called Car Scanner, and it shows not only what codes it received, but which ECUs in the car it received them from. (If you can get access to Toyota Techstream, of course it also will give you that information.) That's especially useful for communication codes like U0100, because to know where to look for the problem, you don't want to only know that some ECU couldn't talk to the ECM, you want to know which ECU couldn't talk to the ECM. Maybe Car Scanner would work on your phone, maybe with the dongle you've already got?

All of the trouble codes have sections of the repair manual explaining them and giving steps for troubleshooting them:

Do you have volt meter what's HV battery showing 180V? 12V ? I just went through all this engine changing the Gen 3 to gen 3 engine Japan spec when I put my JDM engine in my car I wanted to use all of the parts I could from the new motor because it's a lot newer than mine with a lot less miles supposedly well it turns out after that engine was all in the car and ready to go it was doing the same thing your car did and when I pulled the coils and plugs out they were trashed you would have never known it by looking at the engine the thing looked brand new and I don't mean just pressure washed it was clean as soon as I change the coils and the plugs my engine started and ran I actually drove the car but my HV battery was failing fast I went up to the hybrid doctor in Virginia and he fixed me up the car's been running great ever since now I'm just chasing some problems with getting the air conditioner to start consistently other than that the car runs and it's quiet you can't even hear the engine when it's on but I went through all these same codes and everything exactly what you're doing now practically all the same codes nothing was disconnected or unplugged or anything it turned out that my coils were Rusty and ugly and my plugs look like hell I put the coils in from my engine that had the blowed motor and put new plugs in even though the ones in my blown motor were about a thousand Miles old I just put a new set in that did it

Just make sure you can read codes for coils or no fire .

I don't know my friend the ECU is a last resort generally pretty much in most of these cars it does happen but I mean it's pretty rare so you know you have no fire or the engine is just not starting the hybrid battery is turning over the mass but it's not catching or it's not calling to turn on or something yeah it really sucks

I figure the issue now, took it to hybrid 911 on California and it was a bad wire for the cam sensor. The issue now is the transmission leaking…
