So back in November my catalytic converter was stolen from my 2010 Prius right in my driveway in a well lit neighborhood (that's another story)

Anyway, the car sat in the shop for 2 months while a backordered replacement could get in. By the time I got it back the 12V was completely dead. I was able to salvage it and it holds charge now just fine. However a few items no longer work. Most notably, 2 out of the 4 power windows on the master controller no longer work. The individual ones by each door work but half of the driver's controls don't. Do I just need to replace the unit or could there be something else?

Also, most importantly my audio doesn't work at all. I have one of the JBL systems with an amplifier. I'm guessing the problem is that it just won't turn on. How can I diagnose it without just ordering a replacement to see if that's the problem. I don't want to put any more $$ than I already have :(.

What is the voltage reading? "Holding a charge" is meaningless if the voltage is low.

Yes, as far as I can tell. No check engine lights or anything like that.

The amp fuse looked fine. I'll check the power window one here in a few but it wouldn't make sense for half of them to work if a fuse was blown

i know, it is very odd. maybe rats chewed on some wiring. can you take the amp out of the circuit and see what happens?
i just can't think of a relationship between the audio and the windows

I replaced the amp but it's still not working. I checked and I'm getting 12v power to the amp so I really have no idea what the problem could be.

it has to be after the amp back to the dash behind the head unit?

Weirdly enough one of the switches started working again. However still 1 out of the 4 still doesn't work. I'm at a loss. Seems like an electrical problem that's way over my ability.
