I think you already know the correct answer

 

If you don't need to buy another car to replace it, then yes sell it. If you have to buy another car to replace it, then whatever the profit you make on the sales will just be handed to the sellers of the other car you are buying.

 

maybe counter offer a little higher to really make up your mind

Not sure I understand. If you just need one car, why would you want to have two identical ones? I have a wife, so we sometimes need an extra car. I also need to sometimes haul large things and sometimes need 4WD, so I also have an older 4Runner. But having an extra PP isn't something I need.

 

I sell my 2021 limited for that price offer.
