    Reminded me that there is a programmer out there that makes cheats for online games. Only the cheats sabotage the cheating player. they also send video of the result back to the programmer, where he posts it online.

    "The latest one in So Cal is a text message stating a charge from Chicago from an Foreign location has been denied on your account ending in XXXX"

    The kicker is it has a phone number to the text. It doesn't say what bank it came from. They want you to call, then they ask you all kinds of questions to "verify the validity of the account". Of course its to get the necessary info to clean out your account. We live in a world of intelligent thieves. Its scary.

    So amazingly my younger sister who has a 2019 Nissan Sentra just got the exact same card in the mail. It even has the phrase 'TURBO CHARGER: $2,500" with an arrow pointing to the car in the center (she has the base model, no turbo on that one). Someone has to stop these people.

    All the effort these people put into making other's lives worse, sometimes just a little, sometimes absolutely destroying them. Imagine if they redirecred such energy and effort to making positive change in this world.
