I was able to sell the 2012 Prius V that probably had a head gasket failure and picked up a 2017 Prius Two with just over $30k on it. Really enjoying this vehicle so far. My best mileage has been 62MPG in town, and 50MPG at 80MPH on a 300-mile trip. I feel like I've made a good purchase at just the right time on this one.

I'm hoping that the head gasket and EGR designs have been significantly improved! I plan on keeping this car for a very long time.

Congrats! You have my wife's car! A couple of years ago, we drove it to Maine and back (Colorado) and our total gasoline bill was just under $200! I liked her Prius so much I kept trying to take it to work but she wouldn't let me so, this summer, got rid of my old Scion and got a 2021 Prius AWD....tested it out in the snow earlier this week and she did great in it!! (The rear wheels are only used when starting from a stop and if the front wheels lose traction...to get the best MPGs possible.) She's getting just over 60 mpg while my wife's in usually around 53-55 mpg.

Sounds like a great purchase! As a Texan, we love Colorado in August! Been visiting every summer for years. Nothing like waking up to 40 degrees in the summer when it's over 100 at home. The Wet mountains and San Isabel National Forest is my favorite place.
