Hi guys. First time posting. I have a 2015 Prius C. Got the famous triangle hybrid warning. Purchased TorquePro and found the following related to the battery. After removing and disassembling the batter, I found some corrosion BUT all the battery modules tested at 8 volts. Not one was below 7.9 v. I cleaned, reassembled and installed the the battery. No error for now BUT still shows voltage issues. Not sure if it's the harness or voltage sensors? Just asking is anyone has had this similar problem or might offer some insight. I have posted a picture of the voltage.
    Thanks beforehand for any info.

if you're not getting a trouble code, you're good to go

If the triangle comes back, be sure to get the trouble codes. Then you'll know whether it's a hybrid battery warning or a warning about something else entirely.

Thanks guys for responding. Unfortunately I only drove it for 2 days and the same error appeared. Code: P0A80 and the same voltage numbers as previously shown. Any ideas?

Got the P0A80 code again. My confusion is why the battery numbers are so out of wack but when I check each module they are all are around 8v? Any ideas?

What is the voltage difference? try using Dr. Prius App.

Thanks for the response. The strange thing is that from banks 1-10 the voltage is fairly the same. Then completely strange for 11-14. The voltage goes as follows:
    Bank 1: 16.1
    Bank 2: 16.1
    Bank 3: 16.0
    Bank 4: 16.1
    Bank 5: 16.1
    Bank 6: 16.2
    Bank 7: 16.1
    Bank 8: 16.1
    Bank 9: 16.0
    Bank 10: 16.0
    Bank 11: 54.0
    Bank 12: 2.0
    Bank 13: -0.3
    Bank 14: -0.3
Could it be a wiring harness or voltage distributor that is malfunctioning? I removed the battery and tested every cell and they test between 7.8 and 8v. Even the cells from modules 11-14. Any help will be very appreciated. THanks again for your response.

Is there corrosion in the connections? Also i think that the voltage changes significantly in the bad modules when there is load on them, if you can test them with a small light bulb, around 5W i think is what people use.

The C has only 10 blocks / 20 modules. When you checked each module, how many individual module readings did you have? Try DrPrius to compare with the readings you got with torque. They may be the same or similar showing the funny readings for blocks 11 -14. It would be nice to confirm if DrPrius also gives strange readings for blocks 11 - 14 like torque when connected to the C.

Thanks vvillovv. After looking at DrPrius and simply paying attention I was able to figure out that there are only 10blocks and not the 14 being shown. There are 2 blocks that not functioning correctly. Even though they manually test at 8v I'm guessing they will fail a load test. Will update after the weekend. Thanks so much for your comments and suggestion.
