Which nob/thingy ma jiggy adjusts the headlights?

    While my OEM headlights seem to only have 1 nob that I could adjust the headlight beams, the new pair of blacked housing headlights seem to have 2 nobs that I'm unsure of which does what. I'm not sure if it's for the high beams?? I was under the impression high beams couldn't be adjusted. 20210927_023832.jpeg 20210927_020909.jpeg

    Is it a non-USA spec replacement headlight? (My guess. The new one is on the right if I'm not mistaken). One is for vertical adjustment and the other horizontal I guess. (I thought horizontal is a no-no in the USA)...

    The new one has only one adjuster, just like the old, for up/down. The low and high beams are on one bucket, they adjust together. Looks like the new one has a cheap(er) plastic bolt for adjustment. It's right here:
