We have an order in for a 2022 PP in Titanium Glow. (I'd have preferred the red, but not the wife!)
Photos I see on the web look nice and I briefly saw one at a distance a few weeks back and liked it, but today I saw a 2021 up close an found it a bit dull looking. It was in the shade and not super clean though...
Anyone have photos of their Titanium Glow Prime at it's best to share?
    Much appreciated!

I had a 2014 Plugin in Blizzard Pearl, I have pics of our 17 Prime in Steel Blonde Metallic code 4x1 which is the same code and Titanium Glow 4x1, go figger right? But the pics I have of our Prime are not in it's best shape and might bias you even more against the color so I'll refrain from posting. And the color is a basic silver, nothing to write home about when compared to the more expensive colors, Supersonic Red and Wind Chill Pearl. I'm not sure if any of the other colors for the 2022 Prime cost extra, maybe the Midnight Black Metallic, since Toyota has or had a customized Midnight Black edition with aero and other mods added from the factory. So many choices, I hope when you get the car and drive it you'll like it no matter if the color was not your first choice. ;)

It's hard to capture in a photo, but Titanium Glow has a hint of Rosé:

Thanks! That certainly has more 'glow' than the one I saw today. Quite nice.

I snatched the last 2021 PP the local dealer had in their lot a few months ago. You can see the photo on this thread
To Do list on my third Prius Prime | PriusChat

It was not the color I would have picked if I had any other choice. But it was not the color I dislike. I don't like bold and vibrant colors like red, blue, yellow, orange, green, pink, and so on. Of course for PP, only red and blue are the real colors and the rest are all shades of gray. At glance, the Titanium Glow was neutral enough I could live with. It is not the usual titanium metal color. Titanium is usually a "gunmetal" color, but this Titanium Glow is a champagne color but depending on the light, it can show a different hue. Probably the hardest color to describe among all colors for PP if you have to explain it to someone who has not seen the car. My registration card says the color is "silver". But it is more like "gold" in my opinion.

I call the Prime's color "choices":
blue magnetism, supersonic red, black, not-quite-black, medium-black, light-black, and nearly-white.

Or blue, red, and various versions of boring.

The light-black (titanium glow) is the one with the slightly champaign hue that shows up in bright sunlight. When the light is just right, it's not boring.

That too looks much better, thanks.

The color choices that we gave the dealer were:
    1. Titanium Glow
    2. Magnetic Gray Metallic
    3. Supersonic Red

I kinda like the Blue Magnetism but again it was hard to find good photos that represented it consistently. My wife thinks it looks a bit "toylike" and was a solid NO.

Thanks! That looks so much better than the renderings on Toyota's website.

I dug out a couple of pics of our 2017 steel blonde metallic Prime Plus.

I didn't know they called it different in 2017. "Blonde Metallic" is more descriptive for the color... but I can guess why the name was dropped. lol

BTW, your first photo looks more like "Windchill Pearl" to me. ;)

I wonder why? ;) I like pearl when it's done right, although it and metal flake are a real nightmare to match when repainting. Even a fairly easy to duplicate color like Titanium Glow and the body shop will say and they can't match the paint without spraying half the car and charge $$$$-four it.

Steel Blonde Metallic is the name elsewhere in the world.

Heh heh, the "Silver" cars I've owned usually had exotic names for the shade but my DMV always lists them as "Gray". Say what? that's Argentian Silver below and Smoke Silver above!!! It cost too much to call it "Gray"!!!:D

"A Netflix Original" LOL. Really sounds like either a movie title or a band name.

Kinda looks like the "old lady" gold color. Not a fan.

I'm kinda worried about that too. Hopefully the dealer finds us a car with our 2nd or 3rd choice colors!

I had the choice of silver and tg. After many years a grey/silver vehicles, I decided to give tg a try.

It was tough decision because I was buying remotely, and the only local tg vehicle I could find was inside a huge showroom with crazy lighting so it wasn't an accurate representation of what it would look like in natural light. Pictures on the internet were also hard to grasp because the color looked different across the various pictures. I really didn't know what I was getting until I got it (although I figured if I hated it in person, I could hopefully go back to the silver). I don't hate it. I don't love it. I kind of like it. I'm glad I chose it over silver, but I also don't care tremendously about the color of my car.

To me, it doesn't really have the old lady gold feel. It's a complex color that goes from almost silver to gold-ish to grey-ish with a slightly pink undertone depending on the lighting. Definitely less boring than silver/grey, not nearly as exciting as blue and red... not that blue or red make the PP exciting ;)

The biggest problem I have with it is when I need to describe the color when doing something like curbside pickup or some prepaid parking (it's not silver, but not really beige - I usually pick beige, but the other day, I saw that a drive-thru worker had tagged it as silver).

Oh yeah, one bit of research was that KBB trade-in values were a few hundred dollars more for beige/gold vs silver, but I'm sure that could change over the years as tastes change.

    Thanks for the input!
We saw a Blue Magnetism on the road yesterday and my wife said "oh, that actually looks nice." So now we're getting a little more flexible - probably anything except white, black, or silver would be OK.
