I've had my 2017 Prime for 4 years now and have never found the "miles to empty" display. Where the heck is it? Is their one?

It’s one of the trip odometers. Just repeatedly press the TRIP button on the steering wheel. Distance to empty is the display with the gas pump.

Just FYI, the DTE (distance to empty) miles is for gas-only operation. If you are driving on EV mode and charging the car repeatedly without using gasoline, then DTE will remain the same. It is also not really to the "empty" but till when the fuel light first comes on, at which time there is 1.5 to 2 gal of fuel still left in the tank.

Read this thread if you want to more about the use of the DTE for estimating HV only milage.
