man, that took another couple of minutes. Back to my Sudoku site methinks.

 

My excuse is at least tied to paying off my mortgage.

I know if I didn't have to do that I'd still be looking at the backs of my eyelids.

I'll be changing employers in a couple of weeks so my early best coast time postings will be a bit later in the morning .

Hope the Gen3 egr circuit fail isn't keeping you up at night though.

You called that one! While you and @Mendel Leisk were trading posts, the site was off line here for me. It just came back within the past couple hours. Down all morning from right after my 5:30 am breakfast till at least noon.

 

It was off again a half hour ago. Obviously working now, but I get a lot of those flickering post bars like @bisco.

 

Might be the smoke.

Cost me our vacation to Mount Lassen this week.

But we went to the beach instead.

Good to be on the best coast with trip options all year.

No smoke in the Fairfield area of California.

AQI in Shingletown (where we were going to stay when visiting Mount Lassen): 109 currently.

Our neighbors who have an RV and were there earlier this week (we were going to meet them there) said stay home as they couldn't see 100 feet past their RV.

Unfortunate but it happens in August. Doran Beach was 64 with the marine layer with good air quality.

Better than the 95 at our house.

 

Currently just 88F here. Air quality really bad though.

I use an App call Air Visual for AQI info (where that screen shot came from).

Nice app to have if air quality is something you monitor .

Isn't currently working for me, either on my iPhone or a Win10 pc. Clicking on that number kinda boinks you an inch or two down the page, that's all.

I confirm. The window with URL used to pop-up when you click on the comment # on the right lower corner.
The workaround on Windows or Chrome OS is just right-click (windows) or double-tap (Chrome OS) on the number and copy the URL. Not sure how Mac does this, but I am sure a similar gesture must exist.
