Congrats on your first car and your parents are AMAZING to have spent all that money to get the car maintenance up for you....sounds like they spent about $1,000 or more.
So keep that in mind when you want to race with it...it's NOT a race car. If you abuse your car, you'll end up walking and if I were your parent and heard how you are driving it I would not be happy and would let you walk if you did break the car.
Lots of unusual noises from hybrids....you'll get used to what's normal.

Your parents have given you a BIG gift; don't trash it. I do like what you said about not exceeding the speed limit, that shows promise. But all the devil-may-care stuff, it's tough on the car, and worst case, may get someone hurt (or worse), or in Dutch with the constabulary.

Engine sounds fine, and engine bay looks very clean.

Engine coolant reservoir maybe needs a top up?
