Thank you for that offer, but I'm going the approach of reconditioning each individual cell module, organizing cell modules onto racks by their condition, and building new battery packs. I have a stack of Gen 2 batteries to work with right now. Thanks, I shot an email off to that address.

Yeah. I had a guy I was going to buy a Prolong charger from but turned out he was a scammer. I'm still in the market for one and have now moved to Kansas City.So I'm looking in Missouri as well.
