I checked 12 volt and HV batteries and fuses in engine compartment all are good. Headlights, tail lights, brake lights, etc., all working. No dash lights, no power lights on Start button.

It turns out that it was the inverter pump failing which caused the AM2 fuse to blow. I disconnected the wire leading from near the fuse box to the pump and then was able to put in a new AM2 fuse and the car starts up. I will need to get the inverter pump replaced before the car will be fully functional again.

double check with the dealer to see if you've done the recall on this (most likely you did), if you haven't, they'll replace it for free

Hey Terry- my ‘05 recently wouldn’t turn over either. It turns out after going to a shop that specializes in hybrids, it was the same for me. Wanted to thank you for posting as I had intended to mention this when the first shop wasn’t making progress. The specialist had my car done in one day. The part/labor was $425.
