I'd try DIY with a spray can, and @ChapmanF's dealership suggestion is best bet. Think they've got the color-match thing nailed these days. And if not, then go to bodyshop, but it'll be pricey. The only wrinkle, if you're bumper is sun faded. Oh, and texture of the paint surface.

I bought it from a customer. It was his wife's car with 43,000 miles on it...... I have drove it a couple of times.....battery seems great . I have it in the garage.....paid $27,000......it's like new.....just kinda bought it on a whim.. Owner thought it had 66,000 on it and I was pleased when I looked and and it had 23,000 less.... I hate to drive the darn thing because of it's perfect condition.....it's from one of my very wealthy customers.
I basically got the car because family members were fighting over who was going to get it.

The bumper cover was replaced in June 2020. I bought it on eBay for $320, painted to order from a body shop 75 miles away. It took a week, and when I picked it up, I was amazed. Installed, you would think the cover was custom blended to match.

I like the idea of lights. Cheap ebay lights might cover the holes, but might get damaged in a parking lot.

I came up with the idea of buying a Tow Hook Cover, and instead of painting it, I would put one of these over both of them. They are rubber stickers meant to make your bathtub less slippery. I grew up with them in an avacado colored bathtub in the 70's :)

Plus a few more, varying sizes/colours, here and there?

So I bought Duplicolor spray paint for Toyota Barcelona Red Mica code 3R3 today. $12 at Autozone. I need to buy some more Coolant for the Inverter, and Trans fluid at Conicelli Toyota anyway. I'll just buy the left cover at the same time. I'll see how it works out. $20 +tax, it is worth a try.

You'll need to use a primer that adheres to plastic, or the paint will not work.
