Does anyone know the part# for backlit Door Lock Switch?

OK, that confirmed that only 2019 and 2020 models are with LED-lit switches. Again, I never noticed that I did not have LED on my 2017 PP Premium nor did I notice that the switches were lit on my 2020 PP LE. That kinda tells me the feature is not necessary for me. I can live with either lit or unlit switches.

 

I suppose it comes down to how often you need to operate them in the dark. It's not terribly often for me, but it's enough that I can recall my frustration at not being able to find the lock/unlock button easily more than once. I can feel my way around the four window switches, but having them lit is a nice touch.

 

I didn't drive at night much, but I have driven enough times early in the morning before dawn, or return home after dusk. In either situation, I have never needed to unlock the door from inside when I parked the car. I just checked the manual and I am sure my door locking was set to the default setting, shift position linked for both locking and unlocking. So, it was unlocked automatically when the car was parked.

 

My problem was always when dropping people off and they couldn't open the rear door. Then I'd reach for the lock button and end up locking/unlocking/locking/unlocking until we figured out which was happening and they could open the door.

 

Got it out no problem. Just pulled out the two snaps on the bottom and it fell out.

 

My Dealer quoted me $500 today... found a used one on eBay for $54.

 

Do you guys think the 2016 Prius door switch panel would fit on a 22? I remember the whole thing lit up and it’s had pictures of windows on it (with an “A” for automatic), not just the lines. Plus, I can get it off of my old wrecked car.
