Hi Everyone,. I have just upgraded today from a Gen 1 plug in to the Prime and all I can say is wow! I love the Prime.

I do have a question, will the car tell me in one of the menu's how many Kilowatts are used at the end of a charge?

The display tells me that charging will be complete in 4hr and 30 mins at 8amps 240v. The portable charger I use does not have any readout that indicates how many kilowatts are used.

Sorry if this has already been answered.

I will post some pics in the morning :)

    Thanks

Depending on several factors, the full charge from zero EV range left is anywhere from 5.7kWh to 6.9kWh. For me, the average full charge was ~6.5kWh using OEM L1 EVSE and no climate pre-conditioning set.

Any of the various 3rd-party "smart charger" units will keep track of energy used for you. Per charge, totals, etc.
