Well, I stressed I wanted new tires which would not mess with my gas mileage per gallon and tire company put Uni Royal Tigers Paws on. I have a 30 day grace period if I do not like the tires which I do not. Noisy and took a hit on mileage which is very obvious. I know you will lose some with new thread. I was get 55 or better MPG highway with factory tires now in the mid 40's. What low rolling resistance tire would be good? I realized braking and stop distance is a problem with these types of tires. I like my high mileage and have a 4 wheel drive truck for winter. Any suggestions appreciated. I have a couple weeks left before 30 days is up.
The factory tire on the Prius was a Dunlop Enasave. I had 42,000 on the tires and could have gone the summer with them on.

It's quite common for people who own high MPG vehicles to end up at a tire store that doesn't care about what tire is best for MPG, especially because they can tell you that their most expensive tire will do that even when it doesn't.

Out here on the west coast many of us are a big fan of Les Schwabb Tires because of quality of service, free rotation and flat repair. But my loyalty to them ended when I bought a Prius because they didn't sell a Low Rolling Resistance (LRR) despite telling me their most expensive Toyo tires does that.

Best tires in my opinion are the Bridgestone Ecopias. And Michelin makes a slightly better LRR than this, but the price is way higher so it's not cost effective.

I checked http://www.TireRack.com for a 2017 Toyota Prius Two and zero Uniroyal tires show up. I’m beginning to wonder if they even gave you the correct size? What size does it say on your receipt?

Tire rack will only show what they’re selling, and/or have in stock?

I just bought the same model Bridgestone tires that came on mine from Costco. They fill with Nitrogen too for no additional cost b

Made in Japan iteration of Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 Plus? I believe that’s what Toyota's been supplying.

Without special order in North America they’re typically US or Mexican origin. All three versions are distinct, have tread variations, diff max sidewall pressure and/or wear index. Which is a little maddening.

Dumped my EnaSave for Dunlop BluResponse as the wet performance was poor.
