    Polio eradication - Wikipedia
"Nigeria is the latest country to have officially stopped endemic transmission of wild poliovirus, with its last reported case in 2016. Wild poliovirus has been eradicated in all continents except Asia, and as of 2020, Afghanistan and Pakistan are the only two countries where the disease is still classified as endemic."

Measles was declared eradicated from the U.S. in 2000, thanks to vaccination efforts. But international travelers keep reintroducing it. And thanks to growing communities of anti-vaxxers, some of those caught hold and exploded in 2018-19:

I've heard good things about using monoclonal antibodies..."

US' most recent ex-President was saved thus. But not only thus.

Regeneron is not the only one with 'modified' mice producing MAB, but they are among a very few. MAB magic bullets can be priced at whatever the market will bear, and work behind vaccinations (broadly stated).. Just for fun let's see if any of y'all can get a Regeneron factory tour

Breakthrough cases a mere 0.008% and nearly 100% effective in preventing hospitalization and death:

COVID-19 vaccine breakthrough infections reported to CDC

    • As of April 13, 2021, more than 75 million people in the United States had been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 since December 14, 2020.
    • During the same time, CDC received 5,814 reports of vaccine breakthrough infections from 43 U.S. states and territories.
    • Vaccine breakthrough infections were reported among people of all ages eligible for vaccination.
    • 2,622 (45%) of the reported infections were among people ≥60 years of age.
    • 3,752 (65%) of the people experiencing a breakthrough infection were female.
    • 1,695 (29%) of the vaccine breakthrough infections were reported as asymptomatic.
    • 396 (7%) people with breakthrough infections were known to be hospitalized and 74 (1%) died.
    • Of the 396 hospitalized patients, 133 (34%) were reported as asymptomatic or hospitalized for a reason not related to COVID-19.
    • Of the 74 fatal cases, 9 (12%) were reported as asymptomatic or the patient died due to a cause not related to COVID-19.
    • Hospitalizations and deaths that are not a direct result of COVID-19 are still considered vaccine breakthrough cases if the person was fully vaccinated and subsequently tested positive for COVID-19.

Our youngest child was able to get their 2nd shot of the Pfizer Vaccine today. Thank you Pfizer for the vaccine and Krogers for administering it. Our whole family has now been vaccinated.

One of our children received notification from their College that in person schooling for the fall semester will require proof of vaccination -online learning option will be available to others who aren't vaccinated .

If any readers seek anti-vaccine, anti-pandemic, anti-mask, and anti-simlar sources, the leaders have been conveniently summarized:

As a bonus, some there are also pro-monetization, so you can fund your favorite$

the accuweather will usually state the air quality .. if u see that 'poor air quality' and a 'high pollen count' .. u might wanna limit your outdoor exposure ... also just dust exposure like mowing dry grass or driving a gravel road probably should be avoided .. its rainy season hear ..
non stop drizzle seems like and daily rain .. -- but when it was dry there was a lot of pollen dust 'green color covering surfaces ' ....
or if u have a carbon filter (like used for paint spraying) that might help if u gotta go outside much .. not sure of the micron size on pollen -- also how is the cabin filter in your vehicle ?

    Newsweek was the original source.
While you attack the organization, the facts of the story are easily available.

The problem with conspiracy theories is they lead you to keep digging deeper and drawing in more and more people, companies, even whole groups of people.

Thank you for that. Sadly, I’m hearing every one of their “points”, parroted daily.

You've gotten one shot already, shouldn't that quell some of the noise:whistle:?

    Any symptoms from round 1?

Unfortunate listening to that frequently .

    But you'll make it through(y).

I told that someone the ONE thing I’d like for my birthday; it’s not gonna happen.

minor tiredness on day two is all.

Most family members are getting round one shot. With one exception, and they have school age kids. So I pray...

    Duh ...

The only known method of getting naturally acquired covid-19 immunity to hundreds of millions of people, involves killing millions of them.

And then if this naturally acquired immunity evaporates as quickly as do acquired immunities to the common cold coronavirus variants (229E, NL63, OC43, and HKU1), then we'll back back in this very same boat this very decade.

'Common colds' run this game in an opposite way, infecting many and killing approximately none. Some newly arriving zoonotic corona viruses may take that path. Indeed I hope they will.

But so far, new zoonotic corona viruses have come in with high human lethality. COVID-19 taking about 2% of symptomatic carriers is actually low among them. Killing transmitters is a poor viral strategy. Not least because it now stimulates humans to use modern tech to pre-train immune systems to dismiss. Now we, so alerted, are spending billion$ to fight back. I suppose this virus will end in dustbin like polio's failed attempt.

Next corona may 'try' to slide in lower or it may make a similar mistake. They don't AFAIK have an internet to compare strategies.

funny thing is, if bill gates were an anti vaxer like kennedy, they would be kneeling before his throne, and linking everything word that comes from his lips in support of their stance, as they do the opposite now.

global lockdown ? --- ok ? .. when you see people outside whereing masks .. wether they forgot to take them off or do it intentionally .. there is something going on with people's minds .. them getting used to wearing the mask .. this is a very bad thing .. as if the whole earth was toxic .. it is not so .. and breathing fresh air is necessary .. recycling your air is detrimental !

idk, it seems to have worked for the asians quite nicely. they have been wearing masks for decades. and though i used to make fun of them, that is my mo for the foreseeable future.

getting used to a mask has a side benefit, reduced colds and flu. keep them clean and replace as necessary.
i think that studies are showing proper mask wearing effectiveness to be much higher than originally believed.

--- .... YES .. 'culture' of it .. for what purpose would u want a 'culture ' of people wearing masks ?.. well .. one of slaves .. of the subserviant , the downtrodden .. the faceless ... --

but there are some double mask wearers and plastic shield with double mask people ... they feel safe and healthy and they enjoy it ... so there you have it ..
