https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/4000300206793.html?spm=2114.13010708.0.0.7f164c4dv0OLvY I ordered these (...yes, i know what youre thinking...;-) ) when i bought my car half year ago....i had them installed, didnt notice much of a change, but still got very sceptical and put old ones back after reading al kinds of horror scenarios that could happen...justly? Notice the ad says... Compatible with Toyo-ta OEM 90919-01240 SK16R11 9091901240...and brand : TANGPEI...so looks like NOT GENUINE Denso...but they do print Denso on it which in the ad isn´t visible, i noticed this when i got them...what to think?
Link says page not found. Not sure why you would order name brand from China aka AliExpress. Maybe try order from Rockauto, not sure about delivery to Netherlands. 2008 TOYOTA PRIUS 1.5L L4 ELECTRIC/GAS Spark Plug | RockAuto Denso 3324 (SK16R11) 4.64 euros each Rockauto says they ship thousands of parts, from hundreds of manufacturers, to millions of customers all over the world.
- link works just fine here.... - sometimes I order stuff from China...who doesn´t and I saw the sell these spark plugs....never heard of RockAuto.... - Denso 3324 = SK16R11..? - looks just as cheap to me but better to and Genuine Denso...? but hey thanks for the rest looks ok and they ship to Netherlands!
I always order from Rockauto to Canada, reasonable and FAST crossborder Fedex shipping, no broker paperwork. Prices are 30-50% less than auto parts stores in Canada.. This is my Denso that I ordered from Rockauto.
I use a local automotive retailer for plugs; never any problems. B&J Parts, for anyone in Vancouver. Why gamble on a shipment from 1/2 way round the world. B&J Parts | Distribution of auto parts, industrial supplies and automotive machine shop services
Absolutely never had any problems with Rockauto, I order a lot. Can't imagine what it would cost to order from B&J to ship to Sask. No decent auto parts supplier in Sask, maybe CdnTire/Partsource detest their buy 1 get the second 25% of, still over priced compared to Rock Auto and I compare prices all the time. I bought some parts from Lordco when I was in Van a couple years ago, overpriced. same with the salvage yards in Surrey. May as well buy retail from dealer.
That’s safest. Yeah I wasn’t implying you should buy from from an independent Vancouver parts retailer, just that that’s the sort of place you want to find, and stick with them. If you can find something like that locally. They’re likely not well advertised, but a place like that is the way to go, not the big box retailer like Canuck Tire. I do use the latter for batteries though.
I think the price from this Denso site is around the same as Rock auto. Don't know if they ship to your country though. Only problem I ever had with Rock auto that was not self inflicted was a damaged Denso evaporator for my 4 Runner. They sent out a replacement before I returned the damaged one. Absolutely genuine. I have gotten many Denso parts from Rock auto including fuel air sensors, never a problem. https://www.denso-am.co.uk/news/latest-news/2020/fighting-the-fakes/ I got these: More Information for NGK 95839
The Denso 3324/SK16R11s were $5.65 each a day or two ago on RA. I bought 8 to throw on the shelf, 3 engine coolant pumps, 3 belts, 7 tensioner pulleys, and 4 gallons of Pentosin Pentafrost A4 coolant....can never have too many spares ready to go and you never know when a job may pop up...
Tensioner pulleys? Just curious if you can see the part number of the bearing? Looks to be 6301-2RS Notice ULTRA-POWER 36304 pulleys are $2.84 at RA, others are $30+. Ultrapower photo shows clip retainer for the bearing, easy and cheaper just to replace the bearing. I'm replacing my water pump so maybe I can check my pulley, see if I can replace bearing.
I ordered 2 of the 30 dollar ones and 5 of the 3 dollar ones because I wanted to check them out. They're effectively identical with the exception of the retaining ring.. The 3 dollar ones have the 30 dollar part number stamped on them. The bearing is a 6301 RTA made by GMB Korean (the bearing in the pulley with no retaining ring) The one with the retaining ring has a E6301-2RSY bearing The OEM I took off a 2008 a couple days ago has a retaining ring and a 6301RDH bearing and is marked Japan 323 KOYO pretty good quality It's been a long time since I've looked up a chart listing what the different letter codes designate. I'll let someone else dig that up.
Tried two different browsers, and one was on a VPN, and neither worked from here in the US. Netherlands seems to have access though. Bad thing about buying something like this from China is you have no remedy if they fail. And if it fails, it could mean the top end of your ice melts down - worst case scenario. Hardly worth saving a few cents for most of us. But hey, everyone's different. Crossing fingers & hoping it works. .
